Advisory Practice Logo-02

“Understanding the role unconscious bias plays in the way our organisations evolve and develop is THE critical first step in building a diverse and inclusive workplace, where people are valued for their differences.

At CGU we are proud to have been involved with The 100% Project, in supporting them with their incredibly important research, and thank them for helping us to open our eyes”.

Peter G. Harmer. CEO, CGU Insurance.

The 100% Project’s Advisory Practice partners with client organisations to tackle gender imbalance issues by applying an evidence-based approach to changing mindsets and organisational culture.

As a non-for-profit our overarching objective is to drive change and support organisations on their journey. We believe in the community as a driving force and therefore we invest in building a strong partners community as a framework for change and support.

Our roundtable sessions, launched late last year, were received very well. Participants have enjoyed the informal nature of the discussions and have gleaned powerful insights into creating change in their organisations. Drawing from years of experience, research and thought leadership, our Speakers Bureau engagements offer informative, inspiring, and thought provoking experience to a wide range of audiences.

Last, but not least, we understand that each organisation is unique and we’re here to help you face the specific challenges of your organisation. Our professional team would love to hear your story and can offer a range of customised programs and bespoke interventions.
